1. Product Usage & Safety
- Voltage Warning: All VibeLight products are designed for Pakistan’s standard 220V-240V electrical grid. We are not liable for damage caused by extreme voltage surges, low-voltage fluctuations, or the use of improper electrical converters.
- Smart Connectivity: For “Smart” products, a stable Wi-Fi connection and a compatible smartphone are required. While we provide technical support, we do not guarantee compatibility with all router types or third-party home automation systems (like HomeKit/Alexa) unless explicitly stated.
2. Pricing and Payments
- PKR Currency: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Errors: In the event of a pricing error, VibeLight reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund if the payment was made in advance.
- COD Limit: Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to Rs. 15,000. For higher-value gadgets, a partial advance payment may be required for security.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Processing: Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
- Transit Time: Delivery across Pakistan usually takes 3–5 business days.
- Inspection: Customers are advised to check the exterior of the parcel for signs of tampering before accepting it from the courier.
4. Limited Warranty
- Functionality Warranty: Most VibeLight electronics come with a 6-month or 1-year limited warranty (refer to the specific product page).
- What’s Not Covered: The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage (cracks, water entry, burnt circuits).
- Damage from electrical surges or “Load Shedding” spikes.
- Unauthorized repairs or firmware tampering.
5. Intellectual Property
All “Vibe” designs, website code, high-definition product renders, and brand logos are the exclusive property of VibeLight.store. Unauthorized reproduction of our marketing material for other commercial platforms is strictly prohibited.
6. User Conduct
By using our site, you agree not to:
- Attempt to hack or disrupt our digital payment gateways.
- Post fraudulent or defamatory reviews.
- Use our smart lighting software in a way that violates Pakistan’s cybercrime laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
VibeLight.store is not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages (such as loss of data or home electrical issues) arising from the use of our gadgets. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product.
8. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings shall be held in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
