Return & Refund Policy

At VibeLight.store, we want your space to glow exactly how you imagined. If your new gadget isn’t hitting the right vibe, here is how we can fix it.


1. 7-Day “Vibe Check” (Exchange & Returns)

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.
  • Condition: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact, including cables, remote controls, and instruction manuals.
  • Due to the sensitive nature of electronics, we cannot accept returns for items that have been installed, mounted, or show signs of use (e.g., adhesive backing removed from LED strips).

2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Manufacturing Defects

If your light or gadget fails to turn on or has a technical fault right out of the box:

  • Unboxing Video Required: To protect both parties, we require a short unboxing video showing the defect.
  • Action: We will provide a Full Replacement at no extra cost to you. Please report DOA issues within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp.

3. What is NOT Covered (Exclusions)

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Voltage Damage: Products burnt due to electrical surges or being plugged into incorrect power sources (we recommend using stabilizers for high-end gear).
  • Software Incompatibility: Issues caused by your specific home Wi-Fi setup or third-party app updates.
  • Physical Abuse: Dropped units, water damage, or tampered wires.
  • “Change of Mind”: For opened electronics, we do not offer “Change of Mind” returns due to the risk of internal component damage during unauthorized handling.

4. Refund Process

  • Approval: Once your return is received at our lab, our technicians will inspect it (usually takes 48 hours).
  • Method: Refunds are issued via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.
  • Deductions: For non-defective returns (unopened), a 15% restocking fee and original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Tech Support: Message us on email with your Order ID and a video of the issue.
  2. Pack it Securely: Use the original box. Damage during return shipping due to poor packaging will void the refund.
  3. Dispatch: Send the parcel to our Hub in Islamabad. We recommend using a trackable service like TCS or Leopards.
